Shipping Policy

All in-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom and bespoke orders require 4–8 weeks production time, plus shipping.

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days. Express delivery: 2–3 business days (additional charge applies). Free standard shipping on orders above ₹50,000.

We ship to UAE, UK, Europe, Australia, and North America. Delivery timelines: 10–15 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order confirmation. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can track your shipment on our partner courier's website.

All rugs are professionally rolled, wrapped in acid-free paper, and secured in a protective tube or flat-packed box. Furniture is bubble-wrapped and boxed for safe transit.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
