All products are handcrafted and may exhibit minor natural variations in colour, texture, and size — these are characteristics of handmade goods and not defects. Photographs are representative; exact colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in the selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and major cards. Full payment is required before dispatch. For bespoke orders, a 50% advance is required at the time of confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on your location and shipping partner availability. Karigar is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Ownership and risk pass to the buyer upon delivery.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to our Returns Policy. Bespoke and custom-size orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karigar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
